The administrator of Penghu District Prosecutors Office is Chief
Prosecutor. Under the Chief Prosecutor, there are a head prosecutor, 4 prosecutors, and a prosecuting administrative officer. The office has following departments to support our affairs: Chief Clerk Office, Probation Officer Office, Civil Service Ethics Office, Statistics Office, Accounting Office,and Personnel Office. The Chief clerk Office also has its own umbrella units composed of Records Section, Enforcement Section, Documentation Section, General Affairs Section, Research and Evaluation Section, Information Office, and Bailiffs Room.
